The CSE Department has completed another great year. We graduated twenty-four computer science majors, twelve computer engineering majors, and seven software engineering majors this year. In addition, twelve students completed a Master's degree and one student completed a Ph.D. in computer science. Based on current applications, university officials are expecting an increase in enrollment this fall.

I never cease to be amazed at the talented students, faculty, and staff members that we have at MSU. To read about recent accomplishments of our students, click on Student News. I encourage all alumni of this department to e-mail me pictures of you and your family as well as news about what you've been doing since graduation so that I can share this with your former professors and classmates. Please send your information to hodges@cse.msstate.edu. We'd love to hear about your current employment, any interesting projects you've been working on, unusual hobbies or interests you've developed, etc. Include pictures if you can!
